Why you need to take a break and Sleep

Sleep is a basic requirement for our healthy living. It makes us feel better, but its importance goes beyond just boosting our mood or banishing the dark discoloration of the skin under the eye referred to as under-eye circles.
Adequate sleep is an essential part of a healthy lifestyle, and it can benefit your heart, weight, mind, and more.
Here are some Reasons why You Should not starve yourself of Sleep:

Improves Health.
In as much as getting a good night sleep will not grant one immunity from diseases, there is a link between insufficient sleep and some serious health problems, such as heart disease , heart attacks,
diabetes , and obesity.
Heart attacks and strokes are more likely to occur
during the early morning hours, which may be due
to the way sleep interacts with the blood vessels.
Lack of sleep has been associated with worsening of
blood pressure and cholesterol, which are risk
factors for heart disease and stroke. Your heart will
be healthier if you get between 7 and 9 hours of
sleep each night.

Improve memory and Concentration
Surprisingly, our mind is busy while we sleep. During sleep we can strengthen memories or "practice" skills
learned while you were awake (it’s a process called
consolidation).
In other words if you’re trying to learn something new. You'll perform better after sleeping.

Clear thinking
Have you ever woken up after a bad night's sleep, feeling fuzzy and easily confused, like your brain can't get out of first gear? "Sleep loss affects how you think," "It impairs your cognition, your attention, and your decision-making."

Healthy looking
Sleeping regularly makes us look healthier and
more attractive. As sleep gives us a chance to get relaxed and refresh our stressed out body after the day to day activities.

A Better Mood
Getting enough sleep won't guarantee a sunny disposition. But you have probably noticed that when you're exhausted, you're more likely to be cranky. That's not all. "Not getting enough sleep affects your emotional regulation,"
