Blogger's Diary; Hello With A New Look

Taking decisions is as difficult as staying patient while you watch yourself grow from childhood to adulthood. There is a thousand and one story to tell about moments when struggles with my inner self yielded no meaningful result despite my extreme expectations! I'd probably stay empty if I don't document this down for You and I to engulf.

Several situations make people applaud themselves for a job well done! Probably, I guess my case should not be any different as for once, in a long time, I took a decision without hitting my head on the wall hopelessly! I wanted a new-look, I wanted something different and uncommon, at least it's been almost 5years now!

What's The Special Decision That's Worth Applauding?

I had just returned from my 6weeks school project which was half clouded with the need to go natural. Oh! I've been clamouring for a more natural look for over a year now. I wanted to stay extremely natural and gradually abstained from relaxing or perming my hair. A good deal of contemplation/discouraging ideas from friends, family and people who know nothing about me almost shattered my amazing plan! But then I'm glad I was tirelessly overcoming that part of me that cared so much about what others had to say about my decision. So long it's hurting no one.

The big deal about everything here is that, after 5years of rocking my relaxed and averagely long hair and almost 10months of staying away from hair chemicals and relaxers, I successfully transitioned from training and managing my permed hair to a short but beautiful virgin hair which I intend maintaining and flaunting for a long long time!

Trust me, I've read a lot about the struggles of ladies on natural virgin hairs and I'm ready for the task ahead of me, oh well! Hopefully I'm very well-prepared with my coconut oil, Shea butter and I'm anticipating getting other required virgin hair treatment. It's a new season for me, I'm going to keep it and rock it!

Here's Why I'm Happy

Gradually that part of me that wants to keep going deeper is stuck somewhere in my personality development cell and I pounced on my scissors without struggling with that ugly procrastinating habit.

Here's What's Getting Me Worried

I'm definitely scared of getting tired of maintaining a non relaxed hair and giving up before starting my Miss Natural Hair Journey!

WordPress ping list are indeed useful when you want to extend your blog reach to major search engines. If you are not aware of pinging feature in WordPress, then be aware now! :) When ever you publish, edit or modify a post, WordPress sends ping to all the Ping services which must have been listed under your ping update service. A good number of internet users if not all have come across and solved a captcha.
